1. PBO/Para Aluminum Profile Felt Profile



PBO/Para Conveyor Belt, also know as PBO kevlar felt belt, aluminum industry endless felt belt, could be used only for the aluminum profile extrusion line which produces large and irregular aluminum profiles. After the aluminum profile come out of the discharge port, and then after the initial introduction of cooling, the profile's temperature is still very high. When it comes to the feeding machine, the high temperature will soon be worn due to the high temperature. In this case, PBO felt belt that could standing temperatures up to 600? would be a better choice. There will be added five-story high-temperature fabric in our PBO endless felt belt, that will make our belt strong tensile, and will more wear-resistant.

5. PBO/Para Aluminum Profile Felt Packing&Delivery

Packing: plastic bag + carton

Each product is packed in shrink film and printed with the product size. It is then packed in a three-layer corrugated box and finally wrapped in a film to seal the box. Make sure that the cargo is not wet and damaged during transportation.

The high-temperature fiber Kevlar has a temperature resistance of 480 degrees and is produced in the USA. The PBO fiber has a temperature resistance of 600 degrees and the place of origin comes from Japan.
